Obituary of Marsielle V. Allen

Mother Marsielle V. Allen 93- of Atlantic City, went home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Monday, October 18, 2010. The Sunrise of her life began in Vidalia, GA., on November 11, 1916. The Sunset of her life was on October 18, 2010 in Rochester, NY. She grew up in Egg Harbor City and ran track in school. Mom Allen brought joy to thousands caring for their hair as a Beautician for over 40 years in Atlantic City. She provided wisdom and counseling for their souls as she cared for their hair. At age 58 she went back to school and received an Associates Degree at the age of 62 from Atlantic Community College. Mom Allen was the first Mother for The Global Church where her daughter, Sister Marsha L. Allen has served as A Minister of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ for 11 years.Mom Allen traveled for the last six years of her life throughout the United States being a vital part of the Outreach Ministry, leaving thousands of spiritual sons and daughters to rejoice in having been a part of her victorious life in Jesus Christ. Mom Allen leaves to cherish fond memories: sons John W.(Johnny)Allen, Reginald G.(Reggie)Allen; daughters Sondra J.(Sandy)Franklin, and Marsha L.Allen; daughter in law Jae Jae Jackson-Allen, son in law John H. Franklin, Jr.; sister in law Twila Jackson. She was predeceased by her husband John C. Allen, son Charles B. Allen, father Charles Jackson, mother Maude Jackson, brothers Hubie, Delmas, and Charles Jackson. Mom Allen was blessed to have an abundance of grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly remembered for her love of life, humor, a no nonsense approach to life, love of family, and most importantly her love for Jesus.
