Frank L. Williams, "Step", age eighty-six, of Atlantic City, departed this life on Tuesday, February 24, 2009, at Mainland Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pleasantville, New Jersey. He was born to Robert L. Williams and Emma Easterling on June 9, 1922, in Chicago, Illinois. He met and married the late Carrie Ringgold and they had a very happy marriage until her death. Frank got a job with the Atlantic City Postal Service and again served his country honorably for twenty-three years until his retirement in 1990.
