Obituary of John Morgan Watson
John Morgan Watson, "Q", as he was called by friends, was born February 29, 1936, to the late Dorris Joseph Watson and Clara Grace Watson in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He graduated from Pleasantville High School, and in his younger years, had attended St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Pleasantville. He later lived in California and North Carolina.
John served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. Most of his life, he worked as a caddy for many famous celebrities.
John was a kind and giving person. He loved everyone and was loved by everyone. John loved horseracing, golfing and all kinds of sports.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, George Joseph Watson, Sr.; his niece, Rolynda C. Hackley; his nephews, Carlton "Press" "Prez" Watson, and Joseph Richardo "Ricky" Watson.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his brother, Earl Watson; his sisters, Mary Watson and Ernestine Hackley; and a host of nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, great great nephews and great great nieces, and other loving relatives and friends.
