Maggie moved to Philadelphia, at age 16 graduating from All Girls High School and later Temple University. She was employed as a civilian and retired from the Philadelphia Naval Supply Depot after thirty years.

In 1956, Maggie married Alfred Crockett and from this wonderful union, came four children.

Maggie began working at Ballys Park Place Casino as a Casino Services Host for ten years before retiring in 2000. Maggie remained a wonderful help mate to her husband, who affectionately called her Liz. After her husband, Alfred, died; Maggie became a faithful member of In His Image Ministries, Pleasantville.

In 2008, Maggie moved to Atlantic City to live with her children Angela and Enilio. Maggie was faithful and dedicated. She was a unique force and the epitome of a virtuous woman.
