Obituary of Alisa Anne Roberts

Alisa Anne Roberts, 59, of Pleasantville, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Mainland Division. She was born January 7, 1964, in Halifax County, Virginia to Mary Elizabeth Bouldin and Edward John Jennings. Alisa attended the Halifax County public schools and was a graduate of the Atlantic City High School. She worked for more than thrity years at AtlantiCare Reginal Medical Center as a Financial Counselor. Alisa loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending as much time with them as she could. She also loved to shop and most importantly pray to her God. She was preceded in death by: her mother, Mary Elizabeth Waller. Alisa is survived by: daughter, Shekera Roberts; father, Edward John Jennings; aunts, Charlotte Charter, Dorothy Wyatt, and Sara Jones; uncle Joseph Gwathney; sister, Priscilla Simmons; nephew, Wesley Simmons and a host of other family members and friends. Memorial services to celebrate Alisa's life will be 2PM, Saturday, March 11, 2023, Greenidge Funeral Home, 301 Absecon Boulevard, Atlantic City, New Jersey, where friends may call from 1PM.
