I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of my dear sorority sister and friend. Connie was a very soft spoken spiritual woman who truly loved the Lord. She shared the same birthday with my beloved mother who was also a member of Union Baptist Temple. I also had the privilege of working with Connie at the Atlantic County Superior Court. To her family and loved ones, please take comfort in knowing that many people are keeping you all in our prayers.
With my deepest sympathy and sisterly love,
Linda Anderson

Oh what a beautiful sister and how I will miss her. I have so so so many wonderful memories of Connie. It comforts me to know that she's on duty in heaven now. She always tried to help her family and others. Price, C, Charlie and Alexis hang together and when you have a dilemma in life, remember, "What would Connie suggest that we do"!!!
Love forever
Sister Fannie

To the family I pray that GOD comforts you in this time. Mrs. Connie was one of the sweetest warriors for juveniles I have ever met. She was kind to all but was all business when it came to the welfare of the juveniles in our care. I am honored to have shared some of the journey with her in our line of work. Rest well Mrs. Connie we love you.

To Price, Cee, Charlie and all of Connie’s family, I extend my sincerest condolences. When I joined UBT over forty years ago Connie was a faithful member already. When she became Atlantic County District Supt of Sunday Schools, I served as her recording secretary. She is one of the most intelligent, compassionate, capable and caring people I know. A Mentor and Advisor to me over the years. A true Christian who loved and lived for her LORD. She will be sorely missed. I am praying God’s comfort for all of you. Especially “Connie Said”.

My sincere condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of working with Connie at JJC. She had a heart for the residents entering the system and was a strong advocate for them. She had a wonderful spirit and always a pleasure to work with. It is also sweet to know that she was my Soror. May God keep each of the family members in His comforting arms.

Extending my sincere condolences and prayers to her family and friends. I worked as a Court Liaison with Connie, I admired her loyalty, and her professionalism and commitment to ensuring the best outcomes to the youth she served. When retiring in 2005, I will always cherish the gift given to me by her and coworkers of a doll dressed in red and hearing her voice on it.
