Obituary of Marybeth Naylor
It is with great sadness that the family of Marybeth Naylor announces her passing on Monday, September 13, 2021. Marybeth, who was 69, of Atlantic City, New Jersey, passed suddenly while at home. She was born August 16, 1952, in Passaic, New Jersey and lived in Bergen County, New Jersey for many years until moving to Atlantic City in 2014. Marybeth worked as a bartender at Dobb's Place in Carlstadt, New Jersey as a bartender for many years. She later worked as school bus aide. She enjoyed tending to her plants and vegetable garden, entertaining and cooking for others. She assisted other residents in her building, The Best of Life Apartments, by taking them to their to doctor's appointments and shopping in the local stores. She is survived by: her sister, Carol VanDerbeek; niece and nephew, Melissa and Michael Brockway, as well as many cousins and friends. Marybeth enjoyed the going to the beach; boating; and travelling to Las Vegas with her cousin Janet. She was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys football team. She especially enjoyed the ocean views, boardwalk, and casinos of Atlantic City.
