Tara Lynn Sciullo was born June 19, 1983, in Somers Point, New Jersey, to Linda Susan (Segars) and Franklin Cordell Sciullo. She gained her wings on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Tara attended St. Peters Parochial School in Pleasantville, New Jersey, and was an active parishioner for many years. She graduated from Absegami High School in 2001. After high school, she attended Atlantic Cape Community College and later graduated from Rowan University with her bachelor's degree. Tara worked as a game supervisor for Steel Pier in Atlantic City, New Jersey, for many years. She also worked for the Pleasantville Board of Education as a substitute teacher for a short period of time. Tara was very loving and caring person. She loved her nieces and nephews very much and enjoyed spending time with them. She also loved spending time with her family and friends, but more importantly her mother who was more to her as her best friend and companion. Some of Tara's favorite hobbies included; going shopping, swimming, playing Bingo and doing arts and crafts. She had a knack for making jewelry. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by: her father, Franklin Cordell Sciullo; maternal grandparents, Helene and James Segars; aunt, Kathy Segars; uncle, Gregory Pierce. Tara leaves to cherish her fond memories: her mother, Linda Susan Sciullo; sisters, Catrina Robinson (Andre) and Tiffany Sciullo (Danny); paternal grandparents, Lois and Franklin Sciullo; aunts, Ella Rusk (Billy), Barbara Murphy (Mike), Donna Micchelli (Joe), Tammy Sciullo, Wendi Hackney (Connie), godmother and aunt Denise Farina Pierce; uncles, Joseph Ennis, Albert Ennis (Marie), James Johnson (Katie) and John Segars; nieces and nephews, Andre, Jr. and Tatiana Robinson, Luis Estrada, Janiyah Austin, and Saharah and Zuuri El; bonus sisters, Shaine Hess and Mitchelle Zayas; love of her life, Wingly Cham and children; stepfather, Michael Benjamin and a host of other family members and friends. Funeral Mass to celebrate Tara's life will be 11AM Thursday, March 9, 2023, at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, 5021 Harding Highway, Mays Landing, where family and friends may view from 9AM to 10:45AM. Burial will be in Laurel Memorial Park, Egg Harbor Township.
