Cynthia Leslie "Cindy" Concepcion was born April 6, 1960, and went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Thursday, June 10, 2021. She was born and raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and attended Atlantic City Public Schools. She was a graduate of Atlantic City High School. She began her career in the Casino Industry as a cocktail server and worked hard to be promoted to a dealer. She was one of the best dealers in the industry and could deal any game from blackjack to craps. She also worked for the Atlantic City Board of Education as a substitute teacher. She worked in the Casino Industry for over 30 years and was employed at both Resorts and Caesars Casinos at the time of her death. While working two jobs as a dealer, Cynthia went back to school and furthered her education. She earned an Associate Degree at Atlantic Cape Community College and then a Bachelor of Arts degree from Thomas Edison State University. Cynthia accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She loved attending any church where; she could hear choirs sing, the preached Word of God and buy a platter of food. She especially loved attending services at New Hope Baptist Church in Atlantic City. She grew in her faith and spiritual development. She loved to evangelize and preach God's Word to everyone she encountered. Cynthia was a kind, caring and a charitable individual known and loved by many for her compassion for others. She was exceptionally kind and loving with children. She had the gift of giving and found much joy in giving to others. She was forgiving and never held a grudge. She was a "beach bum" and loved the ocean and sun tanning. She was an avid movie lover and enjoyed movie night every Tuesday. She attended the Air Show in Atlantic City faithfully every year. She loved spending time and eating in restaurants with her girlfriends. Most of all, Cynthia loved giving and spending time with her family and friends. She is most remembered for selflessness. She had a genuine heart for helping and giving to others. Her most precious and greatest gift's in life were her two sons and five grandchildren. No one spoiled the children more than Mom Mom. She is predeceased by: her brother, William Forth. Cindy leaves to cherish her memories: her sons, Carmello and Francisco Concepcion (Edna Lopez); mother, Emma Forth; grandchildren, Giuliana, Julian, Jeremiah, Faith and Francisco, Jr; sisters, Maria Barber, Janice Gilmore (Forrest), Kathy Monroe and Darlene Ellison (Benjamin); brother, Donald Forth; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other family members and friends. Homegoing Services will be 11AM, Saturday, June 19, 2021, New Hope Baptist Church, 704 Lexington Avenue, Atlantic City, where friends may call from 9AM. Face mask are mandatory. Interment to follow in Laurel Memorial Park, 2301 English Creek Avenue at Tilton Road, Egg Harbor Township.
