Francine attended the local schools in the Bronx. In July of 1962, she met the love of her life, Willie Earl Whack at a youth convention in Richmond, Virginia. She was a member of the New Pilgrim Full Gospel Baptist Church in Camden, New Jersey, where she was and served as First Lady.
