Please allow me to take a moment to say a heartfelt thanks to each of you. Everyone had a pivotal part in ensuring that my baby brother’s final needs were met with compassion and great concern to every detail.
I especially want to thank Thomas Jennings. Because of him, my last remembrance of my brother’s physical appearance will be one of quiet and peaceful contentment. He asked my preference as to rather or not I wanted to cover my brother, which I did; and also, at the gravesite, he asked if we (the family) wanted to stay for his interment, which we did. He patiently answered my questions and assisted my son and me to our car. In the pouring rain, he and the other staff member also stayed until the family had driven away.
A special thanks to you and your mom for your help in ways too numerous to mention. Please also extend my thanks to her for allowing extended “view”. May God’s light continue to shine on you all.
