Jeffrey Martin Williams was born July 27, 1964 to the late Ruel M. Williams and Ana I. Basabe Williams in the Bronx, New York.
He moved to Amityville, Long Island, New York, where he attended Amityville High School. He then met the love of his life, Sonya, in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. They married and from that union a son, Domenic, was born.
Jeff, as everyone called him, was a sweet, devoted and thoughtful husband and father. He was a great dancer, liked to read, watch TV, and ride his bike.
Baptized at Faith Baptist Church in Pleasantville, Jeff was an employee of Bally’s Casino in Atlantic City for twenty years. He was well-liked by his co-workers. Jeff truly loved his family and was very proud of his son. He would often take his wife and son to see a movie and enjoy a family dinner.
